Shipping Policies
- We provide free shipping for all of our kitchens and refrigerators.
- Shipping is charged on accessories only:
- For accessories up to $14.99 - shipping charge is $4.95
- For accessories from $15.00 to $34.99 - shipping charge is $6.95
- For accessories from $35.00 to $49.99 - shipping charge is $7.95
- For accessories from $50.00 to $99.99 - shipping charge is $9.95
- For accessories from $100.00 to $199.99 - shipping charge is $12.00
- For accessories over $200 - shipping is free
- We ship only within the continental United States.
- All kitchens ship directly from the craftsman to you (drop ship).
- Robin's Kitchen, Casey's Kitchen, Pat's Kitchen, and Kelly's Refrigerator ship from Maine via UPS Ground. For transit times, see the map below for shipments from Maine. Please allow 3 additional days, not counting the day you place your order. Do not count weekends or holidays.
- Ivy's Kitchen, Liam's Kitchen, Dakota's Kitchen, Sandy's Kitchen, Willow's Ice Box, and Devin's Ice Box ship from New Hampshire via UPS Ground. For transit times, see the map below for shipments from New Hampshire. Please allow 13 additional days, not counting the day you place your order. Do not count weekends or holidays.
- Little Colorado Kitchen and Little Colorado Refrigerator ship from Colorado via FedEx Ground.
- Accessories ship from Texas or California. Accessories ship separately from kitchens. In general, smaller orders of accessories will ship via Priority Mail or Parcel Post and larger orders will ship via UPS Ground.
- Express shipping is not available.
- Sorry, no gift wrapping for kitchens. Accessories can be gift wrapped for a small charge. Gift wrapping will include a gift card. You may request only a gift card at no additional charge.
- If you would like to know the status of your order, please click on Track Your Order (in the far upper right corner), then enter your order number (from your receipt or from the email we sent you confirming your order). A status of “complete” means your order has shipped.
